The restored country house is set on a beautiful hill between Cas Concos and Alquería Blanca, with the sea visible on the horizon. An idyllic garden with plenty of seating areas invites you to relax. First floor: The first floor of the country house has a living/dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Second floor: Upstairs are three more bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm and 100 cm x 200 cm), and one with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), plus another bathroom with a shower. The house has 300 square metres of living space. The rooms have air conditioning. Outdoor area: The country house's beautiful 17,000-square-metre grounds are fully fenced. The sea can be seen in the distance. The numerous terraces offer plenty of cosy seating areas. For active guests, four mountain bikes are available free of charge, along with a table tennis table. Pool and beach towels are provided. Pool: 5 m x 10 m, depth: 80 cm–170 cm, ladder access. The pool contains natural salt water and is normally cleaned without chlorine (except in very hot weather).
